I am extremely grateful to be this wonderful school community. The administration fosters an environment where every teacher is respected and trusted with the freedom to innovate in the teaching methods. It is disruptive when sometimes teachers leave in the middle of the academic year. Such departures impact students learning continuity and create challenges for the school in maintaining its reputation and managing class stability.

You can expect worst level of professionalism from these management. Main culprit behind the regressive policies and decision of the school is their HR manager. I was a resident teacher joined in July 2022 and was fired without any specific reasons as they got some teachers at cheaper salary. The worst part is they are not at all consideratet. Snis has a nurturing atmosphere, supportive colleagues and a sense of community is often built.The Management respects our personal time. Recognition and Appreciation is always acknowledged by the Management. A second home for me in personal.
