...onment. In the beginning of the pandemic I got full support from the management. But from July salary deduction has started. Related to company policy, leaving the school is a task for an employee. As an employee we have to sign contract in which its return that if any employee wants to discontinue after signing the contract, we have to pay 4 months basic salary.

Its not easy to put up all my thoughts and likings for Sharanya Narayani International School. I have completed my 8 successful years here at SNIS. Its a blessing for myself and my daughter who is studying in the same school since 8 years. SNIS is like my second family. Our HR and Admin Head is very much supportive, warm and welcoming for all the staff. Our efforts are always noticed and appreciated which keeps us going. We have staff from all around the Globe but at SNIS they feel at home. I am always thankful for the management for giving us all a wonderful opportunity. Its a continuous learning experience here at SNIS and keeps us occupied as we have so many activities which go on all through the year. We are respected and valued here which makes us feel satisfied working here cause without our seniors support its tough to work. Overall it is a good place to work.

It is disappointing to see the teachers leaving in the middle of academic year without thinking about their students and the school reputation.

I am extremely grateful to be this wonderful school community. The administration fosters an environment where every teacher is respected and trusted with the freedom to innovate in the teaching methods. What stands out most to me, however,is the school's genuine humanity. There is a deep sense of care and respect not only for the students but also for all the supporting staff. It's truly heartwarming to witness how everyone,regardless of their role, is treated with dignity and kindness. This inclusive and compassionate culture makes it a joy to come to work each day. I feel fortunate to be in a school where both teachers and staff are valued equally, and the focus on nurturing relationships creates such a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
