...onment. In the beginning of the pandemic I got full support from the management. But from July salary deduction has started. Related to company policy, leaving the school is a task for an employee. As an employee we have to sign contract in which its return that if any employee wants to discontinue after signing the contract, we have to pay 4 months basic salary.

Its not easy to put up all my thoughts and likings for Sharanya Narayani International School. I have completed my 8 successful years here at SNIS. Its a blessing for myself and my daughter who is studying in the same school since 8 years. SNIS is like my second family. Our HR and Admin Head is very much supportive, warm and welcoming for all the staff. Our efforts are always noticed and appreciated which keeps us going. We have staff from all around the Globe but at SNIS they feel at home. I am always thankful for the management for giving us all a wonderful opportunity. Its a continuous learning experience here at SNIS and keeps us occupied as we have so many activities which go on all through the year. We are respected and valued here which makes us feel satisfied working here cause without our seniors support its tough to work. Overall it is a good place to work.

It is disappointing to see the teachers leaving in the middle of academic year without thinking about their students and the school reputation.

SNIS is a great place to work. It provides ample opportunities for employees to learn and grow in their careers. The school is dedicated to creating a supportive and progressive environment for everyone.

It is disruptive when sometimes teachers leave in the middle of the academic year. Such departures impact students learning continuity and create challenges for the school in maintaining its reputation and managing class stability.

Few good colleagues and students are disciplined.

Dislikes

You can expect worst level of professionalism from these management. Main culprit behind the regressive policies and decision of the school is their HR manager. I was a resident teacher joined in July 2022 and was fired without any specific reasons as they got some teachers at cheaper salary. The worst part is they are not at all consideratet. They don't want to invest in teacher welfare and well being. Zero scope of professional development for teachers.
