Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Owners are good and decent. Quality of products are really good.Working environment is good.

Dislikes

Two organizations within one organization.Team work is missing.Low level of transparency and communication lag.External persons views carry more weight than even Senior person's views and knowledge. Although professionals are employed but not allowed to function professionally leading to lot of confusions.
