Good salary hike on the joining

Dislikes

1) Worst canteen food. 2) Timing of company 8:30AM to 6:00PM. 3) There is nothing to live or rent near company. 4) No gift hampers for employees on festival. 5) They will not conduct any type of sport events and annual function. 6) There is no refreshment stores in the campus. 7) Bus Facility is not proper and condition of bus is worst.

Very nice company for learning new things. Design & development both are happening under one roof. MD sir & chairman sir having awesome personality.

Dislikes

Far away from city travel time more 3 year bond, bond value based on salary. Canteen service need to improve. Employees retention activities need to develop.

Only salary was good enough.

Too much hrs.of working .Company is outside of city almost 30km .have to travel daily with bus with having no seats .at 7.30am .&u will reach at home at 7pm .Having no good food facility.Due to popr quality of food many people survive with lot of diseases.No any SOP follows in company.No one interested to apply standard procedure in company.

...y because not secure your job some kind of person create politics for our self. Many persons do resignation for politics, such types stuck TA/DA, Salary issues such kind of .

All employees not good manner & ego ,which employee have already in this organisation 5 year he thinks about smart and company do run self

... Spoil Work Culture & Growth Opportunity. 2. 06 days Work. 👎Wednesday off. 3. Salary found Junior-Senior almost same. Need to pay Fairly for Value Experienced Employee. 4.Costly City Rajkot Can't Survive with Low Salary
