...ere... Don't give appointment letter, relieving letter or experience letter.....Don't pass salary after resignation, deduct salary of employees is normal working culture of here. Buttering person can stay for long.

There is absolutely nothing to like about this organisation

The organization failed to fulfill any of the promises made during the hiring process, including salary increments and incentives. Proper documentation, like the joining letter, was delayed and incorrect, and despite multiple requests, a revised letter was never provided. None of the promised incentives were realized. Upon resignation, they refused to issue an experience letter unless one month’s salary was paid or the notice period was served. Management is unresponsive to employee concerns and emails, demonstrating a complete lack of transparency and accountability.

Nothing to like. Naam ka Jaipuria hai. Jaipuria nahi hai. Jaipuria ki franchise hai.

.... 5. Different rules for different teachers. 6. Leaves are not carried forward. So if you take more than one leave then your salary is deducted, even if your are on medical condition. 7. There is no system of offer Letter. Appointment letter they give you after one or two years. 8. In appointment letter it is written that teacher is entitled for benefits mentioned in annexure "A". No one knows that where is annexure "A". They don't provide any annexure. 9. Current Principal is totally inexperienced. As a principal it is her first school. She don't have any respect for PGTs. Accordingly to her PRTs and PGTs are equal. 10. School is good for a person who is a shoe licker, good in politics. 11. Salary increment is not fixed. It varies from teacher to Teacher. 12. One teacher Sheeshkamal Mishra has filled a case against management of Seth M.R. Jipuria for not giving the salary of corona period. Rest of the teachers have got their salary of corona period.

I like the strategy of the company to keep updated their teachers with new methodologies, and practices. Their planning is good but the implementation is not up to the mark. But I learn a lot .

Dislikes

...o the mood of the management. Management believes in the policy of favoritism. If I see the brand there was no salary bar. I never recommend anyone to join that institution unless & until there is a change in their working style. One more thing I like to add there was the reaching fixed but no fixed time for dispersal. It was a shop of politics tool.
