Jaipuria is a great big brand. I am happy to be the part of Jaipur . Corporate always appreciated to their employers . provide proper training and Study materials. All things are fantastic.

Dislikes

In some branches of Jaipuria too much exploitations of employees like me in Lakhimpur Kheri branch. They make false promises with employee. Most of the Teachers did hard work during COVID days for school. Many teachers didn't get salary of COVID time like me.

The director of the company is really cool. Working culture is also good here. Job security is there for the employees. Weekends are off. Celebrations happens too. I like that people are friendly and make everyone comfortable.

Few seniors take advantage of youngsters work, pressuring, not appreciating and mistreat and mood swings happens all the time. The salary package is different for the same position. But few of the seniors are really good. I think they must work on the salary package. It must be hierarch ial packages, unnecessary new and build their own hierarchies....Read More

Work life could be better if the colleagues should appreciate each other's work instead of having jealousy as some seniors give them authority to do. Otherwise Jaipuria Schools is a brilliant place to work and exploring skills.

School buildings are nice and beautiful. Proper cleanliness ( but management exploits 4th grade employees too) Nothing to be liked. School runs on hoax

Treated the teachers like labour. Make sure salary is written in offer letter. Too much focus on management, too many employees in management. School gets students only on marketing. Send teacher house to house and used as telecaller in marketing. No Teacher wellfare plans. Salary ir regular. I strongly advise not join specially Lakhimpur branch....Read More

Everything is good, but at the time when we need a lot of jobs and money.the gave us leave without pay,in the corona era, they had to help us which they did not.

Dislikes

All of us teachers worked very well, together but these people did not thing about us , how will we do what will be do in this corona time, so I do not like this school and we quit the job. Special educators and councellor are employed to ragister the school .
