I myself, Piyush Tripathi Principal MRJS Pryagraj worked here for 5 months. It was all a troublesome. Teachers are treated as servants. Parents grievances are not heard instead they are asked to leave the campus at once. I tried my best to bring the things under control but in vain. I could do nothing and desperately I have to quit. The owner of the school so called a reputed leproscopic surgeon but unable to handle the school judiciously and hence it is going downwards. It's countdown has begun. They should hire one capable Admin. Admin was appointed without interview and must hire a professional admin. As a former employee of the school, I want the school to grow. He knows nothing as how to manage the institution. Admin must respect teachers, bus drivers or any other workers of the school. One has to be a man of words but he is a runner and asks teachers to wait for more than an hour outside his cabin. I definitely like the different type of training, concept, example pattern of school vey much.A fresher or any experience teacher definitely get something new to learn over here.This institutions nurture teacher into a confident person.Good working environment for those who really want to give their best to students.
