I myself, Piyush Tripathi Principal MRJS Pryagraj worked here for 5 months. It was all a troublesome. Teachers are treated as servants. Parents grievances are not heard instead they are asked to leave the campus at once. I tried my best to bring the things under control but in vain. I could do nothing and desperately I have to quit. The owner of the school so called a reputed leproscopic surgeon but unable to handle the school judiciously and hence it is going downwards. It's countdown has begun. The organization failed to fulfill any of the promises made during the hiring process, including salary increments and incentives. Proper documentation, like the joining letter, was delayed and incorrect, and despite multiple requests, a revised letter was never provided. None of the promised incentives were realized. Upon resignation, they refused to issue an experience letter unless one month’s salary was paid or the notice period was served.
