The management did not pay us even when we worked 18 hours a day to make our online classes a grand success in the city.

Dislikes

The mangement is inexperienced, not open to learn. The mangement has not fulfilled a single commitment made to parents or staffs in these 2 years. They use inappropriate language while talking to their staff. At the time of appointment they promise a lot of things and but after joining you will be humilated because you are not listened to after joining. Every now and then principal and vice principal is leaving the school. Teachers are asked to call parents for fees deposits. There is no canteen and not actual staffroom available. There is no facility for staff to have tea even. There is no time for the staff to have lunch in school. They haven't provided chairs for teachers to sit. Being around children and making them learn about life is the best thing! The only thing I liked about school is the children over there.

Dislikes

The toxic environment and the very pathetic work life balance. And the complete lack of work experience ethics and principles of the school’s top management. The top management doesn’t respect the opinions and doesn’t provide a conducive atmosphere. It’s more of a slavery than a happy job. Management of the school is the worst in the entire region

I definitely like the different type of training, concept, example pattern of school vey much.A fresher or any experience teacher definitely get something new to learn over here.This institutions nurture teacher into a confident person.Good working environment for those who really want to give their best to students.
