VIBGYOR High is a company that strives to maintain quality, be it education or infrastructure. I like the opportunities that have come up with the duties. The chain of schools maintains uniformity across all of the centers. Upcoming centres add to the number of opportunities available. Meetings with the SPOCs twice a year brings clarity to the innovative approach of the company

My work involves a lot of planning. Being a section coordinator I have to plan Lessons, activities and events a year prior. This is macro planning. To maintain uniformity I conduct workshops for Lesson implementation by teachers.
