Helpful teammates. By saying this, I'm not referring to top management.

Salary got reduced for some employees in percentage basis last year. 2019-20 appraisal happened in April but salary revision letter was given only in January 2021. Salary revision arrears was not paid. No revision for some grades. All of the sudden Hr is conducting lots of online employee engagement activity to hide this all and won an award too. Usually there where no such activities in previous years. Some in top management force us to write good reviews for servion. The new management is making the company worser. Women employees are treated badly. I think the previous review below; "not a women friendly company..." Is referring to marketing team. Working from the same floor, i have seen what happened to the ladies of the marketing team. Many of the chennai employees has noticed this. Some employees are forced to resign in the outlook of self resignation. No job security as projects are getting reduced and management is not clear on what to do. Think well before joining servion.

Management dont respect long term employees. not full filling their salary expectatio. If we stayed for 10 years then your salary will be 10L PA. If they hire new employee with 5 years experience then they will offer them 15L PA.

I got good manager and I was working in one of the client , Client is biased in terms of Job. If your billable your good. They don't have much project. There are few folks who wants to ruin company So before join check manager behaviors once.

Salary hike is low. Promotion is based on religion Limited project No Learning

...I regret. Servion would have been the best place to be in, during this pandemic. It had good health insurance, variable pay, above average hikes every year.

This is really unfortunately that people have to read wildly wrong allegations here, and because of this, have to miss out a golden opportunity to be part of an amazing company.
