Salary got reduced for some employees in percentage basis last year. 2019-20 appraisal happened in April but salary revision letter was given only in January 2021. Salary revision arrears was not paid. No revision for some grades. All of the sudden Hr is conducting lots of online employee engagement activity to hide this all and wonan award too. Usually there where no such activities in previous years. Some in top management force us to write good reviews for servion. The new management is making the company worser. Women employees are treated badly. I think the previous review below; "not a women friendly company..." Is referring to marketing team. Working from the same floor, i have seen what happened to the ladies of the marketing team. Many of the chennai employees has noticed this. Some employees are forced to resign in the outlook of self resignation. No job security as projects are getting reduced and management is not clear on what to do.
