...but no knowledge of any professional ettiquetes or exit or any company process Company saves money by delaying payments, benefits, firing employees in probation period itself just before when the bonus is just about to be given to them. RSUs company keep with it till one year and before that only most employees are either fired or asked to voluntarily resign otherwise they will provide termination letter No support in case of medical emergency. No humanitarian principles follow. Bolte hai na"Naam bade aur darshan chote" Recommend not to join this company whether as fresher, middle level or as experienced because there is no career growth and you are always in firing zone by dominant egoistic proudy managers. HR are helpless and puppets of managers. Quick hire and quick fire Delay in payments

1. All that you work is only on ServiceNow platform. There will be nothing you will learn that will be useful for your career outside ServiceNow. 2. One will get a lot of leaves on paper, but you will not feel like taking them, bcz you will have lot of responsibilities that you have to carry though you're on leave, sometimes you will be asked to connect by your manager. On average a person takes about 8 to 10 maximum, while all other 15 to 20 leaves expire at the end of the year. You will be encouraged by your manager to take leaves 2 times in a year, that too for the sake of "I encouraged my resources". 3. Managers sets unrealistic expectations, and push employees into rat race of promotions. 4. Very bad work-life balance

Mark my words folks. If you havent faced any of the below scenarios I will give my 1 month salary to you. - If you are expecting work life balance here.Trust me its 0%. u will even take time on weekends and holidays to clear your backlog cases and all. - no limit for cases assignment.every thing here is servicenow product and platform support which is very deep. - the questions they asked in interview and the work which am doing here is not at all relavant. - I dont know how people are giving positive feedback for worklife balance. I worked in cs-platform technologies team.all other teams like automation, integrations, performance,ux and admin also same scenario.daily with burning cases and these teams figth internally that this case is your team issue and all. - the training which they give and the cases and work which they assign are no way related. - they give basic training and some internal training videos and assesment tests to go through.the training and work is far different in reality. - the other headache is we have to attempt calls from the customers for all other teams cases as well and have to update the customer requirement over the case. - when we are working dedicatedly on a case they will assign a new case and sometimes P1 and P2s immediately.all our troubleshooting and investigation for the previous case will be gone and again we have to start from scratch. - no limit for cases assignment its been the same from years.they wont hire more candidates to reduce the cases workload. - you wont sleep properly even in sleep you will think about cases and starts thinking what happens the next day. - even if you need any senior or SME help they might not be available.coz they too will be packed with their cases and internal case tasks.we can't blame them as they too are piled up with their cases.even if they want to help us their bin and cases queue wont let them help us. - dont fall for the high package and stocks they provide. rest is your decision. Think Thrice before stepping in.
