Good day. To everyone who has huge aspirations to work here and plans to join SenseGiz Technologies Pvt Ltd. You'll be held captive by this business. Do not intend to join this group. This company is not at all professional. Their offer letter appears appealing, but they later trick you with the same letter.They do not have any flexibility at work .The working culture is never appealing.It's not worth the frustration and disappointment of not being paid for your hard work.

...use they won't think your contribution is not good enough to warrant paying you. The company has no intention of paying its employees' salary. There is no work flexibility offered by the organisation "My time spent working for Sensegiz Technologies was awful. The management not only failed to pay my wage for several months, but they also didn't seem to care that I was having financial difficulties. There was a pervasive lack of respect for employees and a hostile work environment. I would advise going elsewhere if you're seeking for a company that loves its employees and treats them fairly."

I recently departed from SENSEGIZ, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the experience I had while working there. Throughout my time at SENSEGIZ, I was consistently impressed by the professionalism and dedication of my colleagues, who made it a pleasure to come to work each day. The company culture was inclusive, supportive, and encouraging, and I always felt like my contributions were valued and appreciated. Additionally, I was fortunate enough to work on some truly exciting projects during my time at SENSEGIZ, and I was impressed by the quality of the work produced by the team. I learned so much during my tenure, and I feel confident that the skills and knowledge I gained will serve me well in my future endeavors. Overall, I am extremely grateful for my time at SENSEGIZ, and I would highly recommend it as a fantastic place to work. I will always look back on my experience with fondness and appreciation.

Dislikes

I enjoyed my time at SENSEGIZ, and one area where I think there is room for improvement is in the frequency and quality of communication between teams. The management team has done an excellent job of being transparent and open with the team, and I believe that implementing more regular check-ins or team-building activities could help to foster stronger relationships.

This is my 2nd job in my career and has given me 3 promotions and good increments so far. I am working on cutting edge tech and liking the experience of working with a helpful team.

Dislikes

No Major dislikes as such. One challenge is that I have to handle multiple responsibilities at the same time, so have to work hard every day.

Likes

I have worked here for few years after having many years of work experience. I always had full freedom in my role for taking decisions and execution. We worked on so many high value large projects for both domestic and export customers. I was handling all aspects related to billing and exports.

Dislikes

No issues with company- however documentation for exports and compliance needs lot of time for preparation. High responsibility job with multiple tasks to be done everyday which can be a good learning experience.

Likes

This was my 2nd job in my career, and learnt a lot in this stint, in terms of managing customers, cracking sales and working with a large team. We built some great products for large customers in short period of time and won several National awards too. The team is top notch too.

Dislikes

Initially it used to take long time to get sales, over time I found ways to improve the team strategy and speed up the sales cycle. shifting to the new office also solved several older difficulties.
