I enjoyed my time at SENSEGIZ, and one area where I think there is room for improvement is in the frequency and quality of communication between teams. The management team has done an excellent job of being transparent and open with the team, and I believe that implementing more regular check-ins or team-building activities could help to foster stronger relationships.

This company is not at all professional. Their offer letter appears appealing, but they later trick you with the same letter.They do not have any flexibility at work .The working culture is never appealing.It's not worth the frustration and disappointment of not being paid for your hard work....Read More

There are numerous aspects about the company that are negative, but their lack of regard for your time and effort is the main one. They won't pay you because they won't think your contribution is not good enough to warrant paying you. The company has no intention of paying its employees' salary. There is no work flexibility offered by the organisation "My time spent working for Sensegiz Technologies was awful. The management not only failed to pay my wage for several months, but they also didn't seem to care that I was having financial difficulties. There was a pervasive lack of respect for employees and a hostile work environment.
