Got to see the real world inside mines. Full of hard-work and strong personality who daily face extreme heat , humidity, pressure and minimum comfort zone as possible.. got a chance to learn a lot of stuffs.. In pgpt all we got is a chance to work as trainii and there is no job we get after it. So, There is no hope for job in secl even after completing pgpt from secl.

Dislikes

There is So much pressure to handle , from seniors and working conditions .

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
