...ecurity. For Little mistake , they shout as if you are a murderer or thief . They give very low salary. In such less amount only unfortunate people can work in such firm .

Sometime quick decision become worse for a career but hard work will pay off. If its not then it comes under dislike:- Partner not interested in corporate governance & Corporate Finance activity. Hierarchy should be manager to partner. Employee attrition rate will be high in CA firm due to skilled employees cannot work on under rated exposure in the corporate or more than 3 years in the same. No good views on long term joiners due to work life balance in the firm & other things. Partner not focused on professional or financial development of his employee. If you joined please learn few day and try asap move.

Long notice period , holding of salary during notice period, gap of 15 days in releasing salary & other compliance post completion of notice period.

There is a lot of politics and the management . Salary is not ok in comparable of work . There is a bond of 2 years which you can not resign ....your bond is depend upon your salary and notice period is very long in which you can not getting salary.

... They will expect you to do day & night and then also they are not satisfied 2. Salary: It is a small firm and don’t have enough resource to pay you appropriately. 3. Policy: They are extremely unorganised and they don’t trust their employee. All policy are favourable to firm and unfavourable to employee like they give you only 15 days leaves in a year, punch in at 9.50AM & punch out at 7.00PM so if you are even 5 min late then also they will deduct your half day salary, no pre decided holiday and as per their requirements they can change any holiday. Unskilled workforce: Since they don’t have enough financial resource they hire unskilled people and partner want extremely high result from them. They don’t have even permanent HR. I can write lot more but since I have to maintain professionalism I have to stop here and would suggest to not get yourself in the trap and search for such company where you can enhance your skills.
