Company culture, And no value for employees, long working hours and demands work on your off day as well . They might ask you to work all 7 days of the week and on government holidays as well. Extremely poor Managements. Employees are good and really hard working. Owners are pathetic. They have 0 value for employees and will not care for retention.

The management is disorganized and lacks basic leadership skills, creating a toxic work environment where employees feel undervalued and ignored. Communication is poor, and there's a noticeable lack of transparency about company policies and changes. The company culture is a major letdown, with little regard for work-life balance or employee well-being. The workload is overwhelming, and support from colleagues and supervisors is minimal.
