You will loose everything if you work over here. Following are the backdrops: 1. Poor Work culture: They will expect you to do day & night and then also they are not satisfied 2. Salary: It is a small firm and don’t have enough resource to pay you appropriately. 3. Policy: They are extremely unorganised and they don’t trust their employee. All policy are favourable to firm and unfavourable to employee like they give you only 15 days leaves in a year, punch in at 9.50AM & punch out at 7.00PM so if you are even 5 min late then also they will deduct your half day salary, no pre decided holiday and as per their requirements they can change any holiday. Unskilled workforce: Since they don’t have enough financial resource they hire unskilled people and partner want extremely high result from them. They don’t have even permanent HR. I can write lot more but since I have to maintain professionalism I have to stop here and would suggest to not get yourself in the trap and search for such company where you can enhance your skills....Read More

Everything to dislike from office culture to the behavioural thing from senior management. if you joining Pls think 100 times you are just wasting your essential period of career to write in your cv for the future time…where nothing will be appreciated and you will really regret for joining and giving your precious time of career experience. And where if you are getting the same views from multiple candidates then the senior management shall give a thought that problems are not with the candidates but with the management where multiple people view cannot be wrong against the same management behaviour. Candidate even if you are not appreciated then don’t put question on yourself as here the managements is as such even if you give all your heart and soul still you will not get nothing in return (only scolding and scolding). The rediculous behaviour is such unbearable that you can be brought up by them in the bond signing but they should be aware that Indian law doesn’t support that, sometime on getting time these people should be caught by governments that they are bringing the candidates to bond but make sure there is no binding from their end, they can throw you anytime.
