The company is really good for girls mainly because of its flexible timings which makes work life balanced. Apart from this there is a lot to learn and grow your career. The team is very supportive. Trainings are provided by experts not only related to your profession but for personal development also. Overall very good company to work with.

Too much politics and favoritism. If you can smoke and burn the butts for bosses, you will have a stable career. They only shield guys who are 'yes boss'. Besides it is a sinking ship with no revenue growth model. A blind CEO surrounded by people with no leadership or visionary skills.
