...family. Work life is interesting . Job security depends more on ur performance . Salary is pretty good and huge career growth. It's like a school... Where u can learn about how to grow in the fields of sales and marketing.

I dnt have much in my dislike list. The only thing is that... The pressure is huge. Ovio with great responsibility comes great pressure and some where it's very interesting to have them.

Likes

The compensation at Area Manager and above is unmatched and much higher than industry standards along with a very robust training and induction program to ease you into the system.

Dislikes

There is no semblance of work life balance, Company has a concept of Peaking to increase revenue which means the team has to sit biweekly till 12 in the night to hit their targets which are very very aggressive. Company also doesn’t believe in economics and has a habit of setting promise numbers much higher than the growth rate of the Building and chemical industry which unnecessarily puts a lot of pressure on the sales team.

in covid time company stand with employee, dont cut any single amount from salary so that point i like about working in asian paints

company not promote ground level employee who working with asian paints in 4-5year. this is not good sign for company growth because another company come & hire asian paints employee at good position so thats why AP loose there employee & market share.

The regular office politics which is part of every work culture. Not many points which i dislike about APL. it's an awesome workplace.

Once upon a time (5 years back), this company was dream of everyone..very good culture, employee care, average increament, good work life balance, respect to people but now the days are over. Now no respect to people. They will pay you high and then behave like you need to be available for 24 hours..earlier promotion was assesment base, now any one who is liked by Boss will get promotion.. company has destroyed the culture..

.... No care about old employee who genuinely gave their life for company growth 7. Suggestion for fresher: don't just fall in salary package..give suggestions from your immediate seniors. Don't overexpect from company 8. Work life balance totally gone 9. Meeting is just for pressurizing people 10. No hard feeling for company ..love this company but now the culture has totally diminished 11. If you have ability to say ha me ha to to your boss, join this company without hesitation.you will grow 12. Respect for science and talent has been gone now 13. God save the culture of company.. 14. Looks process oriented on paper, actually people oriented 15. Culture is shifting from multinational company to Lala type company 16.
