While there are many growth opportunities, work often extends beyond regular hours and occasionally into weekends, especially when project demands require extra support. This can hinder design innovation, limit mentorship opportunities, and diminish the advocacy for design within the organization. Design reviews with Business Heads often feel more like critiques than constructive feedback, lacking clear guidance for future improvements. Additionally, work-life balance can be challenging, with long hours frequently expected.
