Great learning opportunity to push yourself to improve in your roles. The team of designers is great and talented. You get to learn a lot about design practices and standards to be maintained.

Dislikes

Too much workload and pressure. Makes it difficult to have a work-life balance. Team bonding can be improved as limited activities are conducted. The project management team is small, which highlights the absence of a PMO
