1)This is a a good company to work and having better work environment than other MSEs in Mumbai. 2) The company gives technical and commercial training on their product verticals for approx 10-15 days. You will learn lots of commercial and technical things in their training session. 3)Company value your opinion on new technologies to be use and your innovation. 4)Company mostly deals with government utilities so, your interaction or work is mostly related to government procurement/ tenders and as per government technical schemes. 5) Another point I like to mention is that they give you opportunity to work in other department if you are not comfortable in your existing department/ you need to change your carrier in other role. Also I like the employee re-hire policy of the company. Best departments : Logistics, manufacturing, R&D, Back office, PS, Presales etc. Good departments : Sales & Marketing, Accounts, PBG, Dispatch, Project Execution,

... 3 years. Almost 95% employees in the company having employment bond of 3 years. Most of the employee stays in the fear of employment bond (some stays as per their need) because if you breach the bond you need to pay/give 6 months of your gross salary, which is almost 1 lac to 2 lac. 2) The job security level is moderate. Company is is MSE catagory. The business is mostly depend on government budget. They set high targets to their sales engineers and of-course they not achieve it. So job security is there but financial growth is too low. 3) If you consider the carrier growth, you will grow at max technical and commercial level; i.e you will learn alot and grow technically but other side financially you will not grow with current market. The SALARY is lower than the current existing market. 4) Appraisal/Salary : Yes, they will appraise you but they will not increase your salary. Don't expect any handsome salary increment here. Salary increment is not done in the FY 2018-19. and will not be there for 2019-20 (its my absolute prediction). The common answer is "Market is down" , "Target is not achieve this time". 5) Politics : No cheap politics in between low, medium level employees. Politics is at high level roles, e.g. AGM,GM,CEO etc. This is proprietor base company so only chairman decision is final. Rest are just puppets and no one raise point against the chairman decision. 6) Working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM. You will not manage the work life balance as you expect. HR are also puppets in this company. All decision are in Chairman and his families hand. So don't blame HR of this company for your each and every problem.

Overall it's a good company for freshers. But management is very bad. Don't give any allowance or benefits. Job security is 50% I would say.

Upper Management is worst. Want you to work more but no compensation is given. No coordination in between departments.

So far 10 people have been laid off due to COVID-19 i.e. almost 5% of the total strength. Management has brought in a salary cut of 30%-50% depending on the designation despite the fact that the order booking has been more than 90%. The support to the field people has been particularly terrible where their safety has been totally ignored, forcing them to go the field during COVID outbreak which has resulted in people absconding. Management has contracted Myopia and lacks any long term vision.

... Micromanagement (if you are not aware of what this means please look it up). 5. Salary structure is way below the Market norms (It's salary and not scholarship as people do actual work and not some capstone project). 6. HR is the worst department (watch out!!! they are out there to do any deduction in salary for the most pathetic reasons. 7. Highly exploitative Management (won't blink an eye before deriding you or firing you irrespective of years of service; won't care about the personal safety if payment is at stake; won't care how much you earned them you won't be paid more than Rs. 200/- for boarding in a day; list goes on but I can't mention them all because of word limit) 8. Virtual Amnesia (the policies/ strategies are still decided keeping 1988, the foundation year, in mind when they had almost the monopoly in certain product segments. Maybe they didn't get the Memo that India has been an open economy since 1991 and 'Monopoly" is thing of the past!!!) I can keep on going but I have to work on my resume so I'll stop here.

Teammates are supportive.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
