Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign.

The teammates are helpful and understanding but leadership need to understand the importance of HR

No growth option, favoritism, less compensation. Should stick to promises rather than just blaming employees

SCA Health is a good company but the Team leader politics are the worst. The upper level is totally influenced by the people who are not good for company. Team leads are totally unprofessional and they do not how to treat with employee. The behaviour of Team lead specially ( Tarun Sharma) he just totally unprofessional and ruin your career and he interested in employee personal life. So before joining SCA make sure you are going to be frustrated for till the time you in company.

I enjoy my current position, but one area that my present employer could improve is employee retention. We've had high turnover, and I can feel the whole team's mood dip when we receive an email that, yet another person has left. otherwise, it's a great office environment and I've enjoyed all of the projects and work.
