I enjoy my current position, but one area that my present employer could improve is employee retention. We've had high turnover, and I can feel the whole team's mood dip when we receive an email that, yet another person has left. otherwise, it's a great office environment and I've enjoyed all of the projects and work.

Company has strong work ethics. Management is concerned for their collogues well being. Company provides training sessions in every quarter on various topics. We have good appraisals comparing to other company's and people get promoted as per their skills and knowledge. Company throws party for their employees once in a year.

This team is good for operation because every management r from operation side so when I joined analytics team , I felt some level of discrimination because people from TL and above treated differently than us.

I can not say because Company is growing , if you are part of Operation the. It is good, but for other team still they need time to get settled.

SCA is a great place to boost someone's career SCA has a lot of processes where people can learn a lot of things from their seniors, and we do not call seniors we call them leaders. all people are very supportive in terms of personal and professional.
