Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign.

SCA Health is a good company but the Team leader politics are the worst. The upper level is totally influenced by the people who are not good for company. Team leads are totally unprofessional and they do not how to treat with employee. The behaviour of Team lead specially ( Tarun Sharma) he just totally unprofessional and ruin your career and he interested in employee personal life. So before joining SCA make sure you are going to be frustrated for till the time you in company.

I would like to share my experience about SCA, I most like about SCA atmosphere to work here, very cool and best place to work with team & Management, they are very polite and provide learning opportunities. always understand the situations about all employees and I would love every moment & culture in SCA and its best place to provide good environment for everyone.
