The only good thing I like here was professional Autonomy, as managers don't care about what you do they just need performance ,so I learned thigs by myself and performed well to stay in this company for 4 years. SBI is biggest banking brand and i got chance to work with them it was nice experience with SBI , I barely visits sbi capsecurities office and that was also just for meetings or reviews. As per experience In my tenure with company people normally stays for an average of 1 to 1.5 yrs in company.

Dislikes

They will never give you fair salary as per industry and incentives are also less compared to other Banks, so as per that work is more bcuz you have to do everything from sourcing till Disbursement and I mean everything no one is gonna help you here, bcuz the the credit staff is of SBI . As I said earlier people don't stay here much longer after 6 to 8 months you will start searching for new job . Also you have to tolerate office politics that also no other than your own manager as they are also under lot of pressure. Overall sbicapsecurities fail to do enough business compared to no. Of staff they have , you get call desperately after 6 months leaving this company to join again from some another new manager who joined recently and don't know anything ,convincing you to join on previous package bcuz they don't have budget to match your current package. Thank you

I would love to share feedback specially to the Cluster Manager (Mr.Vipin Kumar)and Sales Manager (Gajendra Pratap) of Delhi/Haryana/Up Region... they are so good with their team and I really had such an amazing experience with sbicap securities...... Thank u everyone for given me that opportunity i learnt a lot of things from this company

Only thing which i don't like which is salary package otherwise their is nothing to dislike in this ompany

There is nothing much here to like z these people don't know how to upgrade and maintain the clients.

Worts system and they don't want to pay to get the platform good and only senior employees get good benefits and salary and bonus too, inshort a worst place to choose for 6 to 8 years of caree.

...n they don’t approve it, they do it on the last day of the notice period nd they don’t give salary for 3 months.. Even if there is an incentive, everyone makes their own rules and cuts them without giving any information. Compny norms change any time nd without intimation. High pressure form top managemnt , Get fire anytime… Do not work in this company even by mistake. BM,CH,ZH all very bed person.. don’t think anything good for the employer Brings everyone into mental depression by pressuring work.

Respect in Society, Because as a RO you are posted in SBI branch and co role is of floor coordinator along with sales of Sbi Securities. So most people will think that you work for SBI Bank

Upper Management not good Less salary as compared to market Incentive plan is worst Dealing team 👎🏻 Less appraisal
