...n they don’t approve it, they do it on the last day of the notice period nd they don’t give salary for 3 months.. Even if there is an incentive, everyone makes their own rules and cuts them without giving any information. Compny norms change any time nd without intimation. High pressure form top managemnt , Get fire anytime… Do not work in this company even by mistake. BM,CH,ZH all very bed person.. don’t think anything good for the employer Brings everyone into mental depression by pressuring work.

Promotion & Incrememt Policy and Salary Is very poor here at SBI. No one is taking care for old Employee who are working here from a long time .

You need your authorities to take strict action against those who are torturing your employees.Boss here loves buttering nd want to target each of the employees for his personal reason.Focus onto business nd not in creating mess nd playing political games.

i had a good team and a good working scenario with the colleagues,we had training once in a year at our main head offices (EKM & TVM), to be honestly for a fresher this is a career building option and about salary basic was 10000 when im joined then increased to 11000 after one year on the basis of the performance , travelling is an important thing here as we had around 23 branches to cover.working environment was very good like we feel so free to work .

salary and incentive structure and criteria were so tough to achieve . my salary is 11000 even after being working here for 2 and a half year. training have to be more better ,

I would love to share feedback specially to the Cluster Manager (Mr.Vipin Kumar)and Sales Manager (Gajendra Pratap) of Delhi/Haryana/Up Region... they are so good with their team and I really had such an amazing experience with sbicap securities...... Thank u everyone for given me that opportunity i learnt a lot of things from this company
