Compensation is good.i have to attend Cllient calls in the late night. Salary is gud. But in that money half half the salary was spending for transport charges. So please provide atleast 2k fir allowence. Other wise all gud

I would love to share feedback specially to the Cluster Manager (Mr.Vipin Kumar)and Sales Manager (Gajendra Pratap) of Delhi/Haryana/Up Region... they are so good with their team and I really had such an amazing experience with sbicap securities...... There is nothing much here to like z these people don't know how to upgrade and maintain the clients.

Dislikes

Worts system and they don't want to pay to get the platform good and only senior employees get good benefits and salary and bonus too, inshort a worst place to choose for 6 to 8 years of caree.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
