Pure lala company upper management collection head stay around 20 years huge salary not doing any thing company now at bad time forcing to paper down if you not oiling them worst pool for collection abusing in conference call hr doing nothing ceo changes after 3years enjoying there life for 3years Monday to Sunday no holiday

It’s a good place to work . And learning and development of skill is v good but then the compensation is not on token

Not giving proper facilities I was entitled to get 1500 TA 800 MOBILE Bill (only postpaid connection ) And I was been sent to MEDNAPORE for business purpose and was been informed for Reimbursement but it’s 9 month I m still waiting for my reimbursement money

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are Good, appraisals are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a Lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
