Gives good compensation, job security and the management is good.

The sales department at SBI Card is pathetic. Long working hours (12-14 hrs) with no leaves across the calendar. You need to work even on Sunday’s and govt holidays. Work life balance at this particular department is pathetic.

Everything is good except compensation. Who is not serious about job and wants to do only time pass can easily survive but who actually work hard will get nothing..

HR is weak in the organisation Not able to do salary correction for the performing but least paid employees

Salary is less than industry average for most but very good for some, high level of disparity. Appraisals are okay but short of giving either monetary growth or growth in terms of job designation. Managers are not supporting in terms of working as a team, and try to load all the work on the subordinates. Also there is no training happening so growth and learning is limited. Training is provided only for a lucky few. HR is totally non existent and non supportive with an indifferent attitude towards your problems. Also there is no parking facilities for mid level employees also, and I company transport. The company also lacks work from home policy.
