Salary structure, bonus.

Dislikes

Poor and bureaucratic Work Culture. No work life balance. Non existent processes and work ethics. No induction trainings. Work deliverables and timelines gets changed on the whims of leadership. Entire critical workload is outsourced to third parties for each business function including HR.

I do not feel like a job secured in this company because it is a third party pay roll pay. I have to go to the roll

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

A Good work environment and culture. teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair.

There is lot if politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not a decent one and career growth is low.

Very very bad experience too pressure ATM DOESN'T have brain If ask leave will scold vulger language They do not have manners and emotions They will increase salary but not increment amount will not credit in bank if ask no one will give response . ATM is A fool ,not have minimum Excel knowledge ,not have good communication skills Hello recruited 2 Trainer both are not have skills but hit awards I dint know how they are given judgment Just simply foolish management

Only Work Timing & Ontime salary only good.

Dislikes

If you aren't sale a credit card daily basis. Your BRM always warn you I will terminate from job. Day 1 itself sales is started. If you new joinee you can learn about product not quick. but BRM is horrible on you while your not sale a card. Job security for this job less. You aren't sale you will terminate anytime that 1 month or 2 month or 10 days..
