Gives good compensation, job security and the management is good.

Dislikes

The sales department at SBI Card is pathetic. Long working hours (12-14 hrs) with no leaves across the calendar. You need to work even on Sunday’s and govt holidays. Work life balance at this particular department is pathetic.

Everything is good except compensation. Who is not serious about job and wants to do only time pass can easily survive but who actually work hard will get nothing..

HR is weak in the organisation Not able to do salary correction for the performing but least paid employees

Dislikes

Poor and bureaucratic Work Culture. No work life balance. Non existent processes and work ethics. No induction trainings. Work deliverables and timelines gets changed on the whims of leadership. Entire critical workload is outsourced to third parties for each business function including HR.
