Targets are too much.. If we not reach the target, cut the salary. And some times week off also worked for finishing target.Don't provide the cab very difficult to me.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job traning is given to new joinees.
