Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair .

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The growth is completely down and the culture has completely changed especially no team outinfs no fun activities and also usage of phone is prohibited including blocking of all sites in systems (only for CSA) it's not Amazon that we know. Completely change from November 2018

Work pressure.. Bonus is reduced. No fun. And can't use phones or watch any other sites

...e people can leave and the same work can be done with a new hire for lesser ctc. After all, cutting down the cost is the main concept of the new organization structure and it applies everywhere including the little things like tissues in washroom changed to lower quality ones. Imagine working under an organization which doesn't understand frugality is acceptable until it starts impacting on employee's well being. After all, happy workplace leads to happy company. one example for this unhappy thing is you get hired for non voice work with lower ctc than a voice associate and you get pushed to work for voice process in the name of business requirement WITHOUT any extra credit and rather get to maintain metrics for this support they churn out of you to avoid termination.

Contractual job bulk hire only to insult the people in need and barely pays anything, people here are worst and care least about new employees because they know very well they will be kicking you out in 2-3 months itself. NO JOB SECURITY OR PAY. I HAVE 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND WAS OFFERED 2.89 LPA ONLY . Worst , please avoid joining this company , bigger the name worst it is.

Everything is bad the whole name Amazon is of no use , they only degrade indians and employees they bring in as contractual ones .
