Company policies are not good..and no salary hike and no bonuses.. I'm 2years experience on SBI CARDS. Still same salary..

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I do not feel like a job secured in this company because it is a third party pay roll pay. I have to go to the roll

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Explain the nature of work is very good.Team members are friendly nature.once finish the Target s earlier provide the insensitive s.

Targets are too much.. If we not reach the target, cut the salary. And some times week off also worked for finishing target.Don't provide the cab very difficult to me.

Very very bad experience too pressure ATM DOESN'T have brain If ask leave will scold vulger language They do not have manners and emotions They will increase salary but not increment amount will not credit in bank if ask no one will give response . ATM is A fool ,not have minimum Excel knowledge ,not have good communication skills Hello recruited 2 Trainer both are not have skills but hit awards I dint know how they are given judgment Just simply foolish management
