The company working for growth and development. All environment is like free culture. Getting good expenses for traveling. Its developing good instrument of electronics and all so innovative new ideas.

All is good, but payment getting less than work, basic salary rate is too less, with bonus and gratuity

...nment for employees.....and lot of politics....product wise no satisfaction.....and contribute late salary.....and after my resignation I did not receive my salary of 2 months...

Others work Responsibilities are often dumped on you, getting blamed for others mistake is common here, Directors are egoistic, no support no input from your seniors, the management is in favor with old employees, no proper system no process you have to work on anything except your role

Vulture cultured organization, typical manufacturing killers, bossing and lot of torture...Be aware and think thousand times before even applying.....

No work life balance, bad culture, no value to human

Technically sound company. Ideas, suggestions are always considered.

No performance mapping system inplace. Appraisal are impulsive. Few employees are near and dear and based on their inputs others get rewarded / punished. Some people have to loose their yearly increments or loose job.
