Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of industrial instrumentation products including Level, Flow, Temperature, and Pressure transmitters and switches.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining and expanding the existing client base across process and project industries.
- Conduct direct communication with customers to understand requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Prepare and deliver techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
- Generate leads, convert inquiries into orders, and achieve defined sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with key EPC contractors, consultants, and project decision-makers in the water segment and related sectors.
- Maintain regular field visits and ensure active customer engagement in the assigned territories.
- Update and manage customer interactions and pipeline in a software-based Sales Management System.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Required Skillsets:
- Proven track record in sales of industrial instrumentation products.
- Strong knowledge of transmitters and switches for Level, Flow, Temperature, and Pressure applications.
- Deep understanding of the process industry, water segment, and EPC project requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet browsing.
- Familiarity with CRM or software-based Sales Management Systems.
- Local language proficiency for effective customer interaction.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
- Ownership of a two/four-wheeler vehicle for field travel.
