Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Pune.
- Hands on experience of selling Instrumentation required for projects & process industry.
- Level, Flow, Temperature, Pressure Transmitters and switches.
- Manager and expand current customer base.
- Direct communication with customers.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing strategies to drive revenue growth, managing key client accounts, and leading a sales team to achieve targets.
Desired profile of the candidate:
- Experience in Techno-commercial and sales of Instrumentation required for projects & process industry.
- Level, Flow, Temperature, Pressure Transmitters and switches.
- Will be required to generate enquiries, working out technical solutions and liaise with customers to achieve set targets.
- Deep understanding of current water segment market & EPC contacts.
- Must have good communication skill with sound knowledge of Ms-office & internet browsing.
- Should have hands on experience on software based Sales Management System.
- Must have own Two / Four Wheeler.
- Ready to travel in Kolkata & north east states.
- Candidate should speak local language.
Qualifications:
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in the instrumentation or related industry.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience 8-10 years in related field.
