...e office and obstructs career growth, especially under the influence of Goutham. They make false promises about salary hikes and other benefits at the time of joining. In summary the company is entirely unprofessional and treats its employees inhumanely. Please do not fall for their traps .

Working in SB Secure Datacenter pvt ltd it wonderfull experience and no teammates in my department i m single one look after all department requirements and performance and documentation and attendance, no training and direction for my role,company didn't applied for ESI and PF no salary secured,no Job security because of production and company requirement,Salary appraisal is ok average,no travel allowances,no politics i need to manage all those things,learned and good experience on HR roles,Work Environment not corporate,no work-life balance we need to leaves our personal lifes in emergency situation also...i ll give 50% score to company they given chance to prove
