I don’t like anything in this company full toxic environment in it

Please consider joining this company.The working environment is highly toxic specially sales staff member Goutham has been blackmailing and harassing me to step down from my position and using unprofessional language .As fresher I initially remembered silent, but the situation has become intolerable . The company holds salaries to make employees to run around them and there is complete lack of proper management. HR does not respond to calls or mails and deliberately harasses junior employees.such behaviour leads to significant demotivation among young professionals.They misrepresent individuals causing potential mental health impacts. Junior employees face constant pressure from seniors ,hindering their ability to work effectively. The company prevents employees from leaving the office and obstructs career growth, especially under the influence of Goutham. They make false promises about salary hikes and other benefits at the time of joining. In summary the company is entirely unprofessional and treats its employees inhumanely.
