Dislikes

The management sometimes don't understand the hard work you do especially with the sales team. They have no idea about digital marketing and are least bothered about the sales but need money from sales. Expect for sales team you can work in any department of the company

Decent management, sathguru is the great place to work, scope of exploring to new things in the development side is key for any fresher that is there in the company , company is the small but it's vision is very vast their projects tells us the rest, job satisfaction will be there for sure ,work environment is good, motivation is good in working side and towards social cause, sathguru is not just the company it is a family.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
