There is nothing to like here. Its a 'Lala Company Culture' where everything is under one person control. No one has any authority. So you cannot perform even how hard you try.

Dislikes

Current Management changes policies very frequently. There is monitory penalty for almost every shortcoming from employee side. Every employee is basically a peon in disguise. From Junior Executive to GM everyone is treated like shit. People come an go like street vendors from this company. Only those people are working since long time who have started 15+ years ago when company is under different management. There is no leave management, no appraisal, no employee benefits. Everything Sucks at this organization.

Rajneeti m ek number yha ka jo owner h na jatin sareen wo insaan hi sabse jyada rajneeti karta h..pure din kaam karne nhi deta bs mentally torcher Krna employee ko...or waha ke culture k bare m to kya hi kahe...bhaishab bootlicker waha sab uske...even opretion manager hiten or hr Kapil both are dumb.

To be honest there is nothing to like. There is too involvement of the owner you cannot do anything with own. He also plays too much politics with people he don't value people the work "Jab tk kaam hai thik hai nai to ram ram".

Dislikes

The people who work their they don't have any skill set nor the knowledge but they stays their because they do bag bitting of others people owner like those people too much it's amazing company where owner also too much interested in those things. He supports unskilled people not the knowledge people that's why people came and go in this company very frequently. The feedback of the company is too bad if you ask anybody even people work their they also talk about him they don't like him.

This company's culture security and all benefits are very good. And I want to same job in any company in which I take same benefits. And the company I want to the front desk executive as a receptionist.
