To be honest there is nothing to like. There is too involvement of the owner you cannot do anything with own. He also plays too much politics with people he don't value people the work "Jab tk kaam hai thik hai nai to ram ram".

The people who work their they don't have any skill set nor the knowledge but they stays their because they do bag bitting of others people owner like those people too much it's amazing company where owner also too much interested in those things. He supports unskilled people not the knowledge people that's why people came and go inthis company very frequently.
