At the end of the day, you have to fill a “DSR Form” in which you have to mention which tasks have you performed in a day with actual hours. If your manager finds that you have taken extra hours due to some dependencies then it’s totally your fault. 4. I worked for them for around 1.75 months and out of that I only had actual work for 8-9 days. Other than that I just had to pass time in the office. So you cannot search any thing from the laptop because your laptop’s screen is visible to the manager. (Again strange!!) 5. You cannot ask HR about your salary on the official communication channel (GMeet, Teams, etc). She will get offended as she doesn’t like follow ups.
