Fixed Salary, there is no variable pay. However if we perform well at the end of the year company management holistically reviews every employees for their employees for their performance and give Achievement Awards with cash rewards

...end on your product. Work timings are flexible depending on your project team. Salary and Appraisal better than its competitors. The Higher Management team is really cooperative and flexible too from all aspects. Good leave policy.
