first of all I am saying sorry to Our Sports HOD, he is not suitable for the HoD he is the not qualified for that and he don't know how to treat the other coaches. and most think Is he is he have state partiality... this is not one my problem those who are worked left the all coaches problem. please keep take a serious action of him. remaining all the thinks are so good in that campus . special thanks to Mrs Mohanthi ma'am 🙏.

Long working hours 8.15am - 5pm Night preparation classes regular 6pm to 8pm (During exam additional prep 9.30pm to 10.30pm and sometimes morning prep as well 5.30am to 7.30am) Rough behavior on resignation, in getting papers No work life balance May be called for duty even on holidays. Mostly working even in public holidays Lack of HR policies No career growth opportunities for worksops No increments No PF No insurance

The best part is the campus which is situated in Lavish Greenery and the salary , even in the pandemic situation each and every employee was taken care.

Dislikes

Only the late working hours and some of the old employees who do not let others grow . The work pressure is very high, sometimes teachers have to stay to work for 10-12 hours a day.

Nothing in favor of an individual, Principal is very polished to deceive. The school owes me and my wife's full one full month's salary against notice charges although you served the notice period, still she deducted that to after our departure.
