Salary not given in time.HOD can not show their expertize and director decision is final.HR policy not implemented.It is only on paper. Even increment and promotion not given by company on regular base.

...arning I came here. Management is very brutal. They harass employee in many way. Salary not on time, increament very late and very low even after company is gaining profit like anything. In Nov. Month announced for increament..and not providing areal of balance month properly. Less leave, work load...is high.

Only retired people work here after 60, No any policy good for employees, No any particular timing for Salary, They have zero priority for employees, Some times Salary late by three months. No any support from HR Manager(retired 😊), Full and Final pending from two years,

incriment is long dream that. It takes a very long time for your salary to increase. No overtime even though they say we don't allow it but in plant some time you have to do it.
