1. Compensation and Work Hours: The company is a joke when it comes to pay. The company fails to provide increment or promotion even after employees have completed their tenure. Despite your loyalty and hard work, you’re left high and dry with stagnant pay. What’s worse ,they advertise 11am to 8pm working hours but expect you to stay until 9 pm to 10 pm daily without paying for those extra hours. They’re essentially stealing your time. 2. Zero Work Life Balance: They claim to be a “family”, but that’s a lie. They invade your personal life, pressured you into working into excessive hours, and don’t care if you have life outside the office. Expect to eat lunch at your desk and have every minute of your break time scrutinised. 3. Management and Workplace Culture: The work environment is a toxic dump. The manager is rude, demeaning, and threats employee with termination over smallest errors-without any warnings. Management practices are stuck in dark ages, and the CEO is rarely in the country and oblivious to what’s really happening. They just believe whatever nonsense the manager feeds them. 4. Privacy and Work Conditions: Privacy is non-existent here. One of the most shocking violations occurred when the manager secretly accessed an employee’s personal chats that were mistakenly logged on a work desktop. This invasion of privacy led to the employee being fired simply for discussing company issues with family. Such behaviour shows a blatant disregard for employee rights and privacy. If you think you’ll have the option of work from home, think again. They’ll force you to come in just to make your life miserable. 5.Micromanagement and Resource Allocation: Micromanagement is rampant. The company doesn’t just oversee your work-they suffocate you with constant nagging and interference. They also cut costs by releasing employee and then dump the additional workload on the remaining employees, making an already bad situation worse. 6. Poor Quality and Client relations: The product is disaster. It’s riddled with bugs, and client are turning their back because of it. The frustration of the CEO and manager over their failure is taken out on employees, who are left to deal with the fallout. In short, this company is a nightmare, a toxic pit where employees are unpaid, overworked and disrespected. Avoid this company unless you’re eager to be exploited and mistreated.
